Many of our customers like to have an insight into our company and the people behind the products, so this page is a brief introduction to us and our business.
Our Business Philosophy
We always try to sell customers the right product, our satisfaction comes from selling customers products that we are proud of and we know they will be too. We often test the quality of our product ourselves and if it doesn't reach the standards our customers deserve we will not sell it. We have numerous brands and suppliers and we will always find an alternative that works.
Our Employees
Derroll and Katherine Pedder are the partners who own the business. Derroll and Pete do most of the running of the shops and they work full-time to please our customers. We also have Pat, Anne, Jenna and Michael who work part-time and are more than happy to help you with your watersports needs. Behind the scenes is Mandy who does our accounts and Domonic who comes out of retirement to lend a hand sometimes. We also have a large group of friends who are willing to pitch in in times of need.
